What is the cost of the personalized ribbon?
$8.00 per 50 personalized ribbons. $11.20 per 10 yards of continuous personalized ribbon.

What is the minimum order?
Personalized ribbons are available in increments of 50 with a minimum order of 50 ribbons. Continuous personalized ribbons are available in increments of 10 yards with a minimum order of 10 yards.

Are there any discounts for large quantity orders?

What type of material do you use?
We use high quality 3/8" double-faced satin ribbon, and 5/8" double-faced polyester ribbon. We also have 3/8" personalized ribbons with gold or silver metallic edges, and 5/8" elegance ribbon.

How long can my saying be?
Your saying can contain approximately 46 characters. Each capital letter counts as two, each lower case letter counts as one, each space counts as one, and emblems count as three characters.

Can I have an emblem printed on my personalized ribbon?
Yes, there is a nice selection of emblems available. You can print one emblem per order, at a cost of only $1.50 per ribbon order.

Can I have a custom logo printed on my personalized ribbon?

What font (text) styles and sizes are available?
We offer either a 14pt (approx. 3/16” high) Goudy script or block letter font. Consecutive capital letters should be printed in the block style font.

What are the available colors?
Our personalized ribbon is available in more than 15 ribbon colors and more than 10 text colors. Click here to purchase/view available colors and emblems.

Are there any recommendations as to what foil colors to use for a specific color ribbon?
We recommend using a dark foil on a light colored ribbon, and a light colored foil on dark ribbons. You are not restricted to this guide, we only recommend this so that your printing can stand out in the best possible way. Many people prefer having a light imprint on a light color ribbon. This is okay. Your ribbons are personal.

How will my ribbons be packed?
All ribbons are rolled on a spool. Bow making ribbons will have an attached info sheet showing you where to cut the ribbon, and how to make them into a bow.

Can I place my personalized ribbon order on the phone?
Yes, but we do recommend using the Internet, so as to lessen the possibility of mistakes.

What are the accepted forms of payments?
Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover card only. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders.

How soon can I expect to have my imprinted ribbons delivered?
Orders are usually printed within a few hours of receipt. We ship via the USPS First Class Mail Service. You could receive your order anywhere from one day plus. You have the option to have your order shipped via USPS Express Mail, which would get your ribbons to you in one to two days. This service is available at a cost of $25 to a US address, or $35 to a Canadian address.

Are my ribbons returnable?
All orders are custom made just for you. If we make a spelling mistake on your ribbons, you can either have them reprinted at no cost to you, or return the ribbons for a complete refund to your charge card.
